At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider. By using our web site or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in our privacy policy. We may from time to time update this policy. We will post any changes to our policy on our policy page so that you are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it.

Are on line transactions secure?

Absolutely. Up~Chuckies burp cloths ensures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website uses secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. This ensures that no data could be intercepted as it goes over the network. We practice strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information.

Will I receive an e-mail confirmation of my order and tracking information?
You will receive an email notification immediately following your order. You will then receive another notification once your product has shipped. If you have created an account with us, you will be able to track your shipment.

What are Up~Chuckies burp cloths' shipping methods?
We use United States Postal Service two-day Priority Mail. We also offer free local pickup. If you live near the Alpharetta, GA area, select Free Local Pickup at checkout. When your order is ready to be picked up, we will send you an email to arrange a convenient time.

Do you accept rush orders?
We are happy to rush orders when possible. Please contact us as there might be an additional charge.

How do I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been embroidered by contacting us at HSGembroidery@gmail.com.

Does  Up~Chuckies burp cloths offer a service to gift wrap items?
We do! It is FREE and looks beautiful! We personalize the gift box with baby's name to make your gift extra special. We NEVER include an invoice so there is no need to worry. Your gift is ready to go!

Can I enclose a note with my purchase?
Yes, we will be happy to enclose a personal note for you and we encourage you to do so. Simply fill out the field on your order and be sure to include your name.

Well thank you for asking! Yes. Definitely.

Shipping & Returns

What are your shipping costs?
We have a flat $8.00 shipping fee and all orders are shipped United States Postal Service two-day Priority Mail®. We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50, per address. If you are located near the Alpharetta area in Georgia, you can choose Free Local Pickup. We will contact you when your order is ready to arrange a convenient time for you to pick up your gift.

What is your return policy?
We have a Money Back Guarantee and a No Hassle Return Policy. We want you to be happy with your item, but, unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any errors made during your custom personalization, including any choices you may have made on color, style, and personalization. So please check – and double check – your order.

While we hate to admit it, we are human and occasionally make mistakes. We are responsible for any errors we make during production of your custom personalized baby gift. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can quickly correct our mistake. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date, as long as the purchase shows no signs of use.
